What We Do

Physical Therapy for Parkinson's Disease

Improve symptoms of Parkinson's Disease, targeting posture, strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, big movement, and endurance to improve daily function.

Orthopedic Recovery

Accelerate the healing process following an injury or surgery by reducing pain, restoring mobility, regaining strength, and getting you back to the things you love.

Fall Prevention

Improve your balance and gait, and reduce your risk of falls, and live an independent and active life, through a guided exercise program tailored to you.

Exercise Classes for Wellness

Join us for a fun group class.   We provide Beat Parkinson's Today Exercise Classes and a Step and Strength Training Class for a great introduction to cardio and strength training for new exercisers.

Dr. Kathy Papayani-Szabo,

PT, DPT, OCS, CMP, CFPS, Senior Fitness Instructor, Owner & Operator

Dr. Papayani-Szabo is a trained physical therapist with over 18 years of experience in orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, gait and balance impairments, and Parkinson's Disease, with specialization in fall prevention, orthopedics, manual therapy, PWR!moves for Parkinson's Recovery, and senior fitness.

PWR!Moves Certified

Dr. Kathy is a PWR!Moves Certified Therapist. PWR!Moves are a group of exercises that target Parkinson's Disease symptoms such as slow movements, stiffness, balance difficulties and reduced self-awareness. Explore through a PT session or learn more via their website.

Keep doing the things you love with our personalized and private 1:1 sessions targeting orthopedic pain, sports injury prevention, fall prevention, balance and gait training, Parkinson's Disease, and improving mobility, strength, and overall health. For your entire session you are working with a Doctor of Physical Therapy with no aides and no shared spaces.  Treatment addresses your whole body, your goals, and improves your entire well- being.
