Join us for a fun group class. We provide Beat Parkinson's Today Exercise Classes and a Step and Strength Training Class for a great introduction to cardio and strength training for new exercisers.

Dr. Papayani-Szabo is a trained physical therapist with over 18 years of experience in orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, gait and balance impairments, and Parkinson's Disease, with specialization in fall prevention, orthopedics, manual therapy, PWR!moves for Parkinson's Recovery, and senior fitness.
